Terms & Conditions

This Promotion is available to Maybank Credit and/or Debit cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) from 4 December 2024 to 5 February 2025 (“Promotion Period”) in conjunction with our collaboration with Citystate Cruises (“Merchant”).
A Cardmember must (i) charge to a Singapore-issued personal Maybank Credit or Debit Card (“Card”) during the Promotion Period a minimum amount of US$1,000 or 40% of the total booking fee (“deposit”) on his/her Disney Adventure Cruise booking in a single transaction with the Merchant, whichever is higher (“Required Amount”), and (ii) use the Card to pay for the balance payment of the Disney Adventure Cruise booking, in order to be eligible for the additional US$75 credits (“Redemption Item”).
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Promotion, each Cardmember may redeem one (1) Redemption Item per booking with the Merchant to his/her Card.
For avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is only applicable to bookings made on Disney Adventure Cruise with the Merchant.
This Promotion is limited to the first 100 bookings.
Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers are not allowed to combine their spend(s) on Disney Adventure Cruise booking(s) to meet the Required Amount.
Cardmembers who have fulfilled the requirements of this Promotion during the Promotion Period and are eligible to redeem a Redemption Item (“Eligible Cardmembers”) will have the value of the Redemption Item (i.e. US$75 credits) offset from their deposit or first payment.
Maybank reserves right to charge the full cost or retail value of the Redemption Item (or any part thereof) redeemed to the Cardmember’s Card account or deduct it from any account the Cardmember holds with Maybank if (a) any transaction counted towards the Required Amount (in full or in part) is invalid, cancelled or reversed by any party for any reason; (b) any transaction counted towards the Required Amount (in full or in part) is found to be used for other Maybank promotions or found to be a transaction that should not be counted towards the Required Amount; (c) the Cardmember did not make payment of the Disney Adventure Cruise booking using the Card; or (d) it is determined by Maybank that the Eligible Cardmember has breached any terms and conditions of this Promotion.
All prevailing and relevant Card terms and conditions and/or agreement shall apply.
