Terms & Conditions

Redemption period is from Friday 15 November 2024 to Wednesday 25 December 2024 or while stocks last.
Mastercard cardholder’s credit, debit or prepaid card, original receipt(s) and corresponding charge slip(s) must be presentedduring redemption. Duplicated/re-printed receipt(s) will not be accepted. Redemption can only be processed upon being fully furnished with the Mastercard cardholder’s particulars, purchase details and indication of consent or otherwise to receiving future direct communications from The Management for audit and verification purposes.
This promotion is only valid for purchases made at Takashimaya Shopping Centre Specialty Stores from Basement 2 to Level Receipts from MenyaSusashiand Osaka Ohsho, Money Changer, SujuDining Japanese Restaurant, ATMs/financial services, Takashimaya Department Store and Level 5, Ngee Ann City will not be accepted and will not qualify for redemption.
First 2,500 Mastercard cardholders with a minimum of $300 charged to a valid Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card in a maximum of 3 same-day combined receipts will receive a $10 Takashimaya Shopping Centre Shopping Voucher. Cardholders redeeming the $10 Shopping Voucher are not entitled to redeem Shopping Vouchers from the other promotion tiers.
First 1,600 Mastercard cardholders with a minimum of $1,500 charged to a valid Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card in a maximum of 3 same-day combined receipts will receive a $50 Takashimaya Shopping Centre Shopping Voucher. Cardholders redeeming the $50 Shopping Voucher are not entitled to redeem Shopping Vouchers from the other promotion tiers.
First 650 Mastercard cardholders with a minimum of $8,000 charged to a valid Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card in a maximum of 3 same-day combined receipts will receive $300 Takashimaya Shopping Centre Shopping Vouchers. Cardholders redeeming the $300 Shopping Vouchers are not entitled to redeem Shopping Vouchers from the other promotion tiers.
First 100 Mastercard cardholders with a minimum of $25,000 charged to a valid Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card in a maximum of 3 same-day combined receipts will receive $1,000 Takashimaya Shopping Centre Shopping Vouchers. Cardholders redeeming the $1,000 Shopping Vouchers are not entitled to redeem Shopping Vouchers from the other promotion tiers.
Redemption is limited to a maximum of one (1) per cardholder per day, on a first-come, first-served and while-stocks-last basis. Gifts must be taken on an “as is” basis, are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Full payment must be made with a valid Mastercard credit, debit or prepaid card. Receipt(s) for deposit/order placement and instalment payment will not be accepted for redemption under this promotion. Qualifying spend for redemption is based on nettamount charged to the same Mastercard cardholders’ credit, debit or prepaid card after any other rebates (e.g.discounts, privileges, rewards, coupons, points redemption etc.), with an original, electronically-generated charge slip.
Each receipt is only valid for one (1) redemption. Receipts utilisedfor redemption in this promotion will no longer be valid for other ongoing promotions in the Shopping Centre/Building and vice versa. Redemption must be done in person by the cardholder (as reflected on the credit, debit or prepaid card and charge slips) on the same day of purchase at the redemption counter located at Level 3, in front of Shanghai Tang from 10.00am to 9.30pm or while stocks last.
For receipts billed after redemption counter hours (e.g.: 9.30pm), redemption must be made on the next business day.
For purchases from JTB (#03-11C), only one (1) redemption per booking form with full payment made is eligible for this promotion. Redemption must be made on the same day as reflected on the booking form.
In cases where the cardholder initiates a subsequent return or refund (resulting in the whole or part of the sale amount refunded or reversed by the participating Specialty Stores at Takashimaya Shopping Centre), the Management reserves right to recover voucher(s) awarded for the qualified purchase(s) or at an equivalent voucher(s) value from the cardholder.
The Management reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to qualify for or make a transaction in the promotion. Such determination is final and conclusive, and The Management is not obliged to give any reason for disqualifying any person from participating in the promotion.
By participating in the promotion, the cardholder and any party acting on his behalf agrees and consents to The Management retaining, disclosing and using at its discretion, without any notification or compensation to the participant, any of his personal data for the purpose of this promotion.
Tenants’ employees from Takashimaya Shopping Centre Specialty Stores are not entitled to this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of cardholders.
The Management reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary the terms and conditions at any time without priornotice or any liability to any party.
The Management’s decision is finaland no correspondence will be entertained.
