• The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

• The Promotion is valid for bookings on the Site made during the Promotion Period and concluded within the stated Stay Period.
• The Promotion is available to the eligible cardholders in good standing of Maybank Singapore Limited who hold Singapore-issued personal credit and/or debit card(s) issued by Maybank Singapore Limited. Cardholders must settle payment of any reservation with their applicable Maybank Singapore Limited credit/debit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
• The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked “Promo Eligible” or other similar wording in designated destinations made through a dedicated Site at: www.agoda.com/maybanksg
• The Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges).
• The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid Maybank Singapore Limited’s credit or debit card number, as applicable. Cardholders are responsible for checking to ensure that the discount is reflected prior to submitting the booking. In the event that the discount is not reflected/applied, Agoda and Maybank will not retrospectively provide/apply the discounts.
• Discounts are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any time. In the event of any ambiguity, these General Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Agoda’s interpretation.

• Payment must be made with a Maybank Visa or Mastercard® Credit or Debit Card.
• Promotion is only applicable to booking of merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page at www.agoda.com/maybanksg
• 8% off worldwide bookings is valid for bookings made from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, for stay period from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2027.
• Promotion is valid for hotels with "Promo Eligible" banner remarks on the search results only.
• Promotion is not valid for ‘book now pay later’ or ‘book now pay directly at hotel’ bookings.
• Promotion is applicable to hotel room charges only, excluding local taxes, service fees and any other additional charges.
• Change of date is not permitted. In the event of cancellation, the promotion and the discount coupon will has no cash or refund value.
• Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

General

• Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
• All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at www.agoda.com and other policies then in effect.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda and/or
• Maybank will not be liable to you in connection with the Promotion, the Privilege, these General Terms and Conditions or any other related subject matter.
• Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.
• If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.
• In case of dispute, the joint decision of Agoda and Maybank shall be final.
• Maybank is not the supplier of the goods or service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods or service(s) provided by Agoda and its merchant hotel(s).
• The use of the Agoda’s goods or services shall be subject to its terms and conditions and such other conditions that may be imposed by Agoda or the relevant merchant hotel(s) supplying the goods or service(s). Maybank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Agoda or the relevant merchant hotel(s) goods or service(s).
• Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of goods or service(s) provided by Agoda and its relevant merchant hotel(s).
