Terms & Conditions

- Promotion Period is from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026.
- Payment must be made with a Singapore-issued Maybank Credit or Debit Card.
- Promotional offer is subject to fabric selection and design. Certain fabrics are excluded from the promotion.
- Appointments
- Appointments are required for fittings, which can be made via Assemble's WhatsApp or in person.
- Please be on time as fitting sessions are catered to a certain time slot. For customers who are 20 minute late or longer, Assemble reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.
- Orders and Payments
- The Customer are required to pay a 50% deposit upon confirmation on orders, this deposit is non-refundable.
- Measurements are part of the service, and will be done only after confirmation or payment of order.
- Cancellation of orders for Goods made to the customer's specifications and change of fabric and design will not be accepted upon confirmation.
- Balance of payment for the goods is due upon third fitting and/or collection of clothing.
- Fittings, Supplies and Alterations
- The Customer will need to comply with measurements, fittings/re-fittings to ensure a perfect fit.
- In the case of long periods in between fittings e.g. 3 months, and/or drastic change of body shape in client, Assemble reserves the right to put additional charges for alternations accordingly.
- If the garment does not fit due to Assemble's error, merchant will make the necessary alterations needed.
- Goods from suppliers are by availability and may or may not go out of stock at any point of time. The Customer may need to change or adjust their options accordingly in case of these unforeseen circumstances.
- For any alteration of clothing from other suppliers, the customer shall be aware of the risk in any loss or damage for which Assemble shall not be liable.
- Delivery and Collection
- A quoted period for completion will only start on the date customer provides final specifications and/or measurements (as applicable), or on the date customer pays the deposit, whichever is the later. Assemble may extend the quoted period if customer requests any variation or changes (if applicable) after that date.
- Assemble will only be able to hold customer's outfits for a maximum time of 6 months upon completion. If customer remains unreachable or unavailable for a longer period of time, Assemble deserves the remaining balance of payment for the order and the right to have ownership of the clothing.
- The customer shall inspect all products supplied upon collection. Assemble shall not be liable for shortages, loss of or damage to any of the products, or any other errors in the clothing unless the customer submits a written claim to Assemble within one (1) business day of the collection to which the claim relates. If a claim is not made within (1) business day, the products are deemed accepted by the customer and cannot be rejected.
- Assemble's team will provide care instructions upon collection. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage for which merchant is not liable.
- Returns and Refunds
- Due to the personalized nature of custom tailoring, Assemble does not offer returns or refunds on custom-made garments.
- Assemble reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customer's continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Without prejudice to any other remedies the customer may have, if at any time the customer is in breach of any obligation (including those relating to payment) under these terms and conditions, Assemble may suspend or terminate the supply of Goods to the customer. Assemble will not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage the customer suffers because the merchant has exercised its rights under this clause.
- Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided by the respective party.
- Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion.
- Maybank and Merchant reserves the right at each of its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.
