- Collection of pre-ordered mooncakes begins from 3 August 2026 to 25 September 2026.
- Walk-in purchases will be available at Tuxedo, Hotel Lobby Level between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM from 3 August 2026 to 25 September 2026.
- Delivery service operates from 3 August 2026 to 25 September 2026.
- Complimentary local delivery is provided for orders of 60 boxes or more to a single location.
- For orders below 60 boxes, a delivery charge of S$65 nett per location applies.
- Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
- Maybank and the Merchant reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.
