Hansik, the Korean word for Korean cuisine, comes to life at CLOVE through the generous, communal spirit of the Korean table with a limited-time buffet of barbecue favourites, warming stews, street-food classics, banchan and Korean-inspired desserts. The Korean selection moves from Galbi Beef Short Rib and 24-Hour Pork Shoulder Bossam to Ssam BBQ Pork Belly, Kimchi Jjigae, Gochujang Chicken, Pork Mandu, Korean Fried Chicken, Kimchijeon and Tteokbokki. Sweet finishes continue the theme with Ginseng Coffee Tiramisu, Black Sesame Opera Cake, Matcha Red Bean Swiss Roll, Rice Mochi and Black Sesame Soft Serve.

For a more indulgent experience, the Korean Weekend Buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch adds Korean Beef, Lobster Kimchi Stew, Spicy River Prawn Bibimguksu and Abalone Porridge, together with premium additions across CLOVE's wider buffet. Throughout the promotion, diners can also enjoy the restaurant's signature international buffet spread, from sushi and sashimi to raclette, carvery favourites and chilled seafood.
