Redemption Process

To qualify for the voucher, the Maybank Cardmember must pay using a valid Maybank Credit Card when ordering from the Chinese New Year Buffet.
Successful qualifying Maybank Cardmembers will receive the $20 Grab Voucher sent via TREATS app by the last week of March 2025.

The promotion is valid till 13 February 2025, and the delivery can be made until 16 February 2025.

Customer has to order at least 5 working days prior to the date of delivery.

Promotion is open to the first 50 Maybank Cardmembers who order from the Chinese New Year Buffet at Deli Hub Catering.
Last collection time for buffet on 28 January 2025 will be at 3pm.
Full payment will be collected upon confirmation to secure your order.
For Buffet, food comes with complete table layout with skirting and warmers, with full set of disposable wares provided, maximum duration of each event is 3 hours.
Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax.
Regular Buffet: Delivery charge of $90 per location is applicable on 13 – 27 January 2025 & 3 – 16 February 2025.
Regular Buffet: Delivery charge of $100 per location is applicable on 28 January – 2 February 2025,
Surcharge of $10 will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson - 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square - 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19.
No delivery to Chinatown, Keppel Distripark, Central Areas, Air-cargo and Offshore (Sentosa) areas, Airline Road, Kampung Bahru, Jurong Island, Pulau Brani area, Locations that require changing of pass & No Lift Access on 28 January – 12 February 2025.
Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may vary 45 mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time.
Deli Hub Catering reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.
