New-to-Diamond Sky Fuel Card Lunar New Year 2025 Promotion

• This Promotion is valid from 13 January to 28 February 2025, both dates inclusive.
• Promotion is open to persons or corporates who do not hold an existing Diamond Sky Fuel Card issued by the Merchant and have not cancelled any Fuel Card within twelve (12) months prior to the start of the Promotion Period AND
  • who is a Maybank Cardmember; OR
  • who does not hold a Card issued by Maybank, successfully apply for at least one Card as the principal cardholder.
  • Applicants who meet the requirements set out in this Clause shall be referred to as “Fuel Card Applicants”.
• To participate in the promotion, Fuel Card Applicant must:
  • (if the Fuel Card Applicant does not hold a Card issued by Maybank) successfully apply for at least one Card as the principal cardholder; 
  • successfully apply for a Fuel Card by using the Merchant’s onsite application form at selected the Caltex Stations or online at https://dsoil.net/sg/main.php?pageId=201 that is unique to Maybank; and
  • successfully apply and link the Fuel Card applied pursuant to the clause above to the Fuel Card Applicant’s existing Card and/or new Card.
• For avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is not available to Maybank Cardmembers who:
  • hold an existing Fuel Card and/or have cancelled any Fuel Card within twelve (12) months prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
  • applied for the Fuel card outside the Promotion Period.
• Fuel Card Applicants who meets the following requirements will be given S$8 credits in their Fuel Card to offset against their subsequent fuel purchase at any Caltex station in Singapore:
  • The Fuel Card Applicant must, in addition to meeting the requirements above, use their Fuel Card at any Caltex station in Singapore between 13 January to 31 March 2025.
  • The purchase must meet the minimum gross spend of S$80 on their first single fuel transaction and transaction must be posted to their Card account by 7 April 2025.
• For avoidance of doubt, the S$8 credits (if applicable) will only be reflected in the Fuel Card Applicant’s Diamond Sky account statement within three (3) working days, which can be viewed upon logging in to his/her Diamond Sky account, and will not be reflected in the payment slip or the Fuel Card Applicant’s Card statement.
• In addition to the S$8 credits as set out in the clause above, a Fuel Card which is linked to a Card may enjoy the discounts and Card benefits under the general Diamond Sky Fuel Card Promotion as may be amended from time to time.
• The Merchant will impose a one-time S$2 Fuel Card issuance fee on each Maybank Cardmember for each application of the Fuel Card.
• Once the Fuel Card is linked to the Card, all costs incurred on the Fuel Card will be charged to the Maybank Cardmember’s Card.
• Each Maybank Cardmember can only apply for one Fuel Card, regardless of the number of Cards owned.
• The Promotion is not valid for Star Mart purchases at Caltex stations.

• Maybank’s respective Credit and/or Debit Card Terms and Conditions apply.

Existing Diamond Sky Cardmembers Promotion

• This Promotion is valid for 36 months from 27 March 2023 (or such other date(s)) as may be determined and notified by Maybank and Diamond Sky in its sole discretion.
• The Promotion is not valid for Star Mart purchases at Caltex stations.
• Maybank Cardmembers agree that Maybank may disclose information relating to the Maybank Cardmember and the Maybank Cardmember’s Card account to Merchant if reasonably considered necessary or expedient for the purposes of or in connection with this Promotion.
• Maybank and Diamond Sky reserve the right at each of its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.
