- This promotion is not applicable to KTM Intercity, Shuttle Tebrau, KTM Komuter Klang Valley, KTM Komuter Northern, or KTM Komuter Southern services (including Shuttle Selatan and the Pasir Gudang Line).
- Tickets purchased using this Promo Code are non-cancellable.
- This discount is NOT applicable to all concession tickets (e.g. senior citizens, student iCard holders, persons with disabilities (OKU), Government pensioners, and others).
- The total discount allocation for this promotion is capped at 400 units per calendar month for ticketing transactions made collectively via the official KTMB website, KITS Style app, KTMB Mobile app, and Kiosk (TVM). Discounts will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
- The discount is applicable when an Eligible Maybank Card is used for payment at checkout on the KTMB website, KITS Style app, KTMB Mobile app, and Kiosk (TVM), with a valid Promo Code applied.
- Maybank is not responsible for any fare difference if the Eligible Maybank Cardmember fails to enter a valid Promo Code during ticket purchase.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to transactions where the discount was not applied at the time of ticket purchase.
- The discount is inclusive of applicable service charges and prevailing government taxes, if any.
