1. This promotion is available to customers of Maybank Singapore Limited (“Maybank”) who hold a Maybank Singapore-issued Credit Card (“Card”) (“Cardmembers”). The “Promotion Period” is from 18 August 2026 to 30 November 2026.
2. Complimentary lounge access is only valid at Skylounge and Skylounge Xpress at Subang Airport for a maximum usage of 2 hours only.
3. To receive the complimentary lounge access, Cardmembers must charge a minimum amount of S$1,000 to his/her Card within 1 month prior to the date of lounge access (“Eligible Retail Spend Transaction”).
4. Only one(1) complimentary lounge access per month will be issued to the eligible Principal Cardmember that meets the requirements herein.
5. Excluded Transactions and Spend on Selected Categories charged to the Card will not be taken into account as or count towards the Eligible Retail Spend Transaction.
6. The complimentary lounge access is for use by the Principal Cardmember only and cannot be transferred to or used by another individual.
7. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other Maybank offers, promotions, in-house offers, discount cards, loyalty programmes and vouchers, other Charge and Redeem Campaigns unless otherwise stated.
8. Maybank reserves the right to charge the Cardmember the airport lounge fee at S$25 per access (including GST) should the Eligible Retail Spend Transaction be cancelled for any reason, should the Cardmember be not eligible to receive complimentary lounge access for whatever reason or should the Cardmember turn out to access the lounges more than once or should the Cardmember breach any terms and conditions herein, in which case Maybank may charge such airport lounge fee to any card which the Cardmember holds with Maybank and/or deduct it from any account which the Cardmember holds with Maybank.
9. Maybank shall not be liable for any claims, expenses, loss or damages incurred by the Cardmember or any party arising in respect of this Programme due to any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to the incorrect classification of category in respect of any transaction).
10. Lounge access is subject to availability. Maybank is not the supplier of the lounges or any related services and makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the availability, quality, merchantability and/or the fitness of purpose of the lounges or related services and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the supplier. Maybank is not an agent of the supplier. Any dispute over the lounge access, product quality and/or services by the supplier should be resolved directly with the supplier.
