All confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Chinese New Year goodies and takeaways will be subject to availability for walk-in purchases at the Man Fu Yuan CNY Shoppe.

Self-Collection:
- Orders will be available for self-collection from 26 January to 3 March 2026.
- Collection is available at Man Fu Yuan, Level Two, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore
- Collection is available daily from 12pm to 3pm, or 5:30pm to 8pm.
- On 16 February 2026 (CNY Eve), collection will be available from 10pm to 3pm only.
Delivery Service:
- Delivery service is available from 26 January to 3 March 2026, from 12pm to 3pm, or 5:30pm to 8pm.
- Delivery service on 16 February 2026 (CNY Eve) will be available from 10am to 3pm only.
- Complimentary delivery to one location for orders of S$600nett and above.
- For order below S$600nett, a delivery charge of S$50nett per location is applicable.
