- Promotion is valid from 30 January 2026 to 31 January 2027.
- Payment must be made with a valid Maybank Credit/Debit card.
- Promotions are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, coupons or privileges.
- Promotion is limited to one redemption per Cardmember per transaction.
- Each order is eligible for only one discount. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined.
- Voucher values are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Vouchers are redeemable only at https://furryskitchen.sg.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and are not for resale.
- Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
- Promo codes must not be shared. Furry’s Kitchen is not responsible for any unauthorised use.
- As all food is made fresh to order and perishable, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or replaced once confirmed.
- No refunds or replacements will be issued in the following situations:
- No-shows or uncontactable recipients.
- Inaccurate or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
- Delivery failure due to restricted access or absence of a recipient at the delivery location.
- Requests to leave food outside the premises. Furry’s Kitchen will not be liable for the condition of the food once left unattended.
- A delivery fee will apply for any redelivery.
- It is the pet owner’s responsibility to determine whether the food is suitable for their pet. If in doubt, please consult your veterinarian. Furry’s Kitchen is not liable for any health issues arising from the consumption of our products.
- Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided by the respective party.
- Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion.
- Maybank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.
