How to Sign up?

Step 1:
- Download Maybank TREATS SG app, and login with your Maybank Online Banking Username and Password.
- Click below to download your Maybank TREATS SG app.
Step 2:
- Go to "PRIVILEGES", click "PROMOTIONS" and look for "Maybank x Shell Recharge Programme".
Step 3:
- Tap "SAVE TO MY COUPONS" to pre-enrol into the programme.
- Upon saving the eCoupon you consent that your name and email address registered with the Bank will be shared with Shell Recharge for the purpose of pre-enrolling you into the Maybank x Shell Recharge programme to enjoy the discount.
- Once the Registration eCoupon is added to your wallet, your pre-enrolment is successful.

What's Next?

Maybank will submit your name and email and any information/data relating to you & your Card account to the Shell Recharge as reasonably consider necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Promotion, within 7 working days of saving the eCoupon.
You will receive an invitation email from Shell Recharge with a unique code.
Refer to the steps within the email invitation to complete your sign-up and activate your discount. For step by step instructions, click here.
- Unique codes provided via the email are valid for 14 days from date of issue and will expire after.
- Discount will be valid for 1 year from date of activation.

How to update your email with the bank?

Maybank will not be liable in the event of any incorrect or missing email address recorded with the bank.

If you do not have any email address listed or would like to change the email address listed with the bank, follow the steps below to update it:

Step 1: Click on the settings icon on the top left-hand corner of the Home screen. Step 2: Click on “Profile and Personal Information” > “Profile” Step 3: Update “Email address” and click “Save Changes”	Step 1: Click here to Maybank2u Online Banking Step 2: Go to “Settings” Step 3: Select “Personal” Step 4: Select “Address”. Terms & Conditions

Promotion is only applicable to Singapore-issued Maybank Credit and/or Debit Cardmembers
- To enjoy the promotion, pre-enrol into the "Maybank x Shell Recharge Programme" via the Maybank TREATS SG app from 22 October 2026 to 30 April 2027.
- Maybank Cardmembers who have successfully registered for this Programme will receive a registration eCoupon (“Registration eCoupon”) evidencing their registration for this Programme in their TREATS SG App wallet. The Registration eCoupon will be valid throughout the Programme Period.
- You agree that, upon saving the eCoupon, your name and email address registered with the Bank will be shared with Shell Recharge for the purpose of pre-enrolling you in Maybank x Shell Recharge programme to enjoy the discount.
- Maybank will submit your name and email address registered with the bank to Shell within 7 working days of you saving the eCoupon.
You will receive an invitation email from Shell Recharge with a unique invitation code.
Refer to the steps within the email invitation to complete your sign-up and activate your discount.
- Unique codes provided via the email are valid for 14 days from date of issue and will expire after.
- Discount will be valid for 1 year from date of activation.
The promotion is valid in Singapore only.
You may de-enrol from the Programme at any time by contacting Shell Recharge at support.asia@shellrecharge.com.
Upon de-enrolment, your participation in the Programme shall cease and all unredeemed benefits and privileges under the Programme shall be automatically forfeited, without any compensation.
Promotion is valid on publicly accessible Shell Recharge charge points and excludes charge points located within private residential developments (including condominiums), private depots, and any other non-public charging locations
The promotion is subject to availability of the EV chargers.
Shell Recharge reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Shell Recharge shall be final and binding.
