Each eligible redemption entitles the cardmember to one token. Each token grants one chance to spin the Surprise Capsule Machine for a mystery reward.
Rewards consist of products or services from participating tenants of each mall and across various categories.
Rewards will be credited to the cardmember’s MVClub App account in the form of an e-Voucher.
E-Voucher(s) can be redeemed at the respective participating tenant’s outlet.

Redemption is only available at the Redemption Counter, Ground Floor from 10.00am till 10.00pm daily and is limited to 3 redemptions per cardmember per day on a first-come, first-serve basis, while daily stocks last. Cardmembers must be MVClub members to be eligible for redemption.

The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a single receipt at any participating tenants in Mid Valley Megamall or participating vendors at the Fruits Escape promotion areas with a Maybank Mastercard or Visa Credit Card. Acceptance of Visa and/or Mastercard Cards is subject to individual tenants and merchants in Mid Valley Megamall. Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
Promotion is not valid for transaction(s) made at AEON, AEON Big, Pos Malaysia, push carts, car wash, EV charging, banks, ATM machine, money changers, food courts, medical centre, dental centre, bills, insurance/bill payment counters, credit top up (any platforms), Dragon-I, Metrojaya, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), The Gardens Mall, hotels, offices and merchants in Mid Valley City.
To avail the promotion, the eligible cardmember(s) must be an MVClub member.
Redemption(s) of the token(s) is to be made at the designated redemption counter located at South Court, Ground Floor, Mid Valley Megamall from 10.00am till 10.00pm daily.
Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issued between 30 July 2025 and 7 September 2025 on a first come, first served basis, while daily stocks last.
A valid Maybank Credit Card, the MVClub membership QR code, the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of the token(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
Each cardmember is limited to three (3) redemptions per day, while daily stocks last.
Redemption(s) must be made on the same day of the qualifying purchase transaction date, failing which the Cardmember’s rights to redeem the reward item(s) will be forfeited.
Tenants and licensees of Mid Valley Megamall and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the token(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, Mid Valley Megamall reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
The token and reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
