- Cardmembers are required to present their valid Maybank Visa Credit/Debit Card and passport for verification. Upon successful verification, the Cardmember will receive the applicable shopping voucher and coupon booklet.
- Each Cardmember is entitled to redeem the shopping voucher and coupon booklet once per day. This benefit is exclusively for foreign tourists visiting from overseas (out of Japan), and passport verification is required.
- The coupon booklet entitles the holder to enjoy up to 10% discount on selected products or services at participating stores. Contents may vary by participating facility and are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the coupon booklet.
- The coupon booklet cannot be used for prior purchases and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, coupons, vouchers, or loyalty/privilege cards, unless otherwise specified.
- The ¥500 shopping voucher is valid for use with a minimum spend of ¥5,000 when payment is made using a valid Maybank Card at participating stores, and is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher.
- The shopping voucher and coupon booklet are valid only at the issuing participating facility and must be used within the validity period stated (up to one week from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified).
- Coupons and shopping vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. They are strictly for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
- The coupon booklet and vouchers will be deemed invalid if altered, tampered with, sold, or transferred.
- The coupon booklet and tax-free eligibility are subject to the terms and conditions set by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. and applicable Japanese tax regulations.
