General Terms and Conditions

• The Promotion is valid from 18 November 2025 to 31 October 2026 (inclusive; based on transaction time). Unless otherwise stated, all times for this promotion are in Beijing Time.
• At check-in and when dining, cardmembers must present their valid Maybank Visa Card and use it to settle all room charges and dining expenses. If the cardmember fails to present their valid Maybank Visacard at check-in, the Participating hotel reserves the right to charge the cardmember the standard walk-in rate or cancel the discounted booking.
• This offer is only applicable to bookings made through Hyatt's official channels (namely the Hyatt official website, World of Hyatt App, and Hyatt's official Wechat mini-program). Bookings must be made by registered World of Hyatt members logged into their member accounts. Bookings made through the reservation center, online travel agencies, or other non-official channels are not eligible for this offer.
• Visa reserves the right to cancel a cardmember's participation in this offer and revoke any benefits already obtained if it is determined that the cardmember has engaged in fraudulent transactions, attempted to obtain the offer maliciously, violated laws or regulations, or participated through improper means.
• The cardmember's account must be in a normal state of activation, and there are no abnormal statuses such as overdue repayment, account expiration, card number change, suspension, freezing or invalidation to participate in this promotion. If the cardmember's account has an abnormal status, the cardmember will not be able to enjoy the corresponding offer, and the cardmember shall not claim any form of compensation for this.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers and does not apply to group bookings of 20 or more persons. If a Participating Hotel sets a lower or different threshold for what constitutes a group booking, the hotel’s specific rules prevail.
