Qualifying purchases must be made using a Maybank Mastercard Credit or Debit Card issued by Maybank Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, or Philippines and may be accumulated in a maximum of three (3) same-day receipts from the respective malls where the designated redemption venues are located. Terms and conditions of the eligible cards apply.
For transactions made via a mobile payment platform, only payments made using a Maybank Mastercard Credit or Debit Card linked to and transacted through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Pay shall be recognised as qualifying transactions for this promotion.
Only qualifying purchases made at the respective mall where the designated redemption venue is located shall be eligible for redemption.
Purchases made at any other mall or location will not qualify for this promotion.
Redemption of the reward item must be made at TWG Tea Garden at Level B2 or On the Bay at Level B1, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily, or at TWG Tea, Level B2, Takashimaya Shopping Centre, Singapore, from 10:00am to 9:00pm daily.
Redemption is valid only on the same day as the qualifying purchase and receipt date, for receipts issued between 1 November 2026 and 31 October 2027, on a first come, first served basis, while monthly stocks last, failing which the Cardmember's entitlement to redeem the reward item(s) shall be forfeited.
For the avoidance of doubt, “same-day” refers to the transaction date stated on the receipt and not the date on which the redemption is submitted.
A valid Maybank Mastercard Credit or Debit Card, the original receipt(s), and the corresponding card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption for verification purposes. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicate, reprinted, or photocopied receipt(s) are not eligible for redemption.
Each Cardmember is entitled to one (1) redemption per day only, on a first come, first served basis, while monthly stocks last. Additional spending beyond the minimum qualifying spend does not qualify for additional rewards.
The flavour and selection of macarons available for redemption are subject to availability and may vary from time to time at the respective redemption venue.
No alternative item will be provided once the reward item(s) is fully redeemed.
If the reward item(s) are unavailable for any reason, Maybank reserves the right to provide an alternative item of equivalent value.
The reward item(s) are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty programmes, discounts, vouchers, or coupons, unless otherwise stated.
By participating in this promotion, Cardmembers agree and consent to the collection and recording of their name, transaction value, and the first six (6) digits and the last four (4) digits of the eligible Maybank Mastercard Credit or Debit Card used for the qualifying purchase for the purposes of redemption validation, tracking, reconciliation, audit, and record-keeping.
The reward item is provided by TWG Tea Boutique and remains subject to the terms, conditions, and standards determined by TWG Tea Boutique.
