Adult One-Day Ticket

• Payment must be made using a Maybank Mastercard.
• Each guest should scan his or her unique QR code at the entrance.  
• Singapore Oceanarium admission ticket is valid for re-entry only on the same date of visit. Please obtain a re-entry handstamp and keep your admission ticket.  
• Tickets and vouchers are non-transferable, not for sale, or exchange. Non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather. Void if altered.
• Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted inside the Singapore Oceanarium. 
  Not valid during special events.
• Not to be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

F&B Voucher

• Payment must be made by a Maybank Mastercard.
• Valid for one time use only.
• Valid at participating outlets within Singapore Oceanarium (unless otherwise stated on the voucher).  
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, vouchers or discounts.  
• Voucher(s) must be utilised on the same day of visit to Singapore Oceanarium.  
• Vouchers are valid for one (1) - time use only and are nonexchangeable for cash and non-refundable.  
• No refund or change will be given if purchase value is less than voucher value.  
• Redeemable at all Food & Beverage Outlets in Singapore Oceanarium except Ocean Restaurant. Not applicable for alcohol beverages. Vouchers cannot be used for souvenirs (unless otherwise stated on the voucher).  
• One voucher per transaction; not stackable.
• Only redeemable during Singapore Oceanarium operating hours up to 30 minutes prior to posted closing time.
   

Retail Voucher

• Payment must be made by a Maybank Mastercard.
• Valid at any retail outlet within Singapore Oceanarium (unless otherwise stated on the voucher).
• Redeemable at all Retail Outlets in Singapore Oceanarium - Tidal Trove and Singapore Oceanarium Store only. Not applicable for promotional items. Product exclusions apply. Voucher is not valid for purchase of souvenir photos.  
• One voucher per transaction; not stackable.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or other vouchers. Product exclusion applies.
• Voucher(s) must be utilised on the same day of visit to Singapore Oceanarium (separate admission ticket required for admission into Singapore Oceanarium). 
• Vouchers are valid for one (1) - time use only and are non-exchangeable for cash non-refundable.
• No refund or change will be given if purchase value is less than voucher value.
