General

• Promotion is valid till 31 December 2025.
• S$68 off offer is only applicable for tour packages above S$2,000.
• Payment must be made with a personal Singapore-issued Maybank Credit or Debit Card.
• Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Merchant and Maybank reserves the right at each of its absolute discretion to amend/append/withdraw the terms and conditions without prior
  notice.
• Maybank is not an agent of the Merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the Merchant. Maybank will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the Merchant or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.

Luggage Charge & Redeem Promotion

• Promotion is valid from 1 April 2025 to 31 December 2025.
• Full travel spends (including the initial deposits(s) and the balance payments for the travel packages) must be charged to a personal Singapore-issued Maybank Credit/Debit Card to be entitled for this Promotion.
• All payments must be made using a Maybank Visa or Mastercard (or any other card under other schemes if subsequently introduced by Maybank) Credit or Debit Card.
• The following transactions will not be taken into account as going towards the required minimum spend of S$2,900 on retail travel transaction(s) with the Merchant:
  
  • NETS and eNETS transactions;
  • Payments to insurance companies;
  • Transactions used for other Maybank offers, promotions and loyalty programmes;
  • 0% Instalment Plan and FlexiPay transactions;
  • Any transaction(s) deemed by Maybank to be of a business and/or corporate nature; and
  • Any other transaction which Maybank may reasonable determine to be unsuitable to, or should not, be counted towards the required minimum spend.
• Redemption Item cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other items, goods or services in kind or favours without the prior written consent from Maybank.
• The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other Maybank offers, promotions, Charge & Redeem Campaigns (e.g. NATAS), in-house offers, discount cards, loyalty programmes and vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
• Maybank reserves the right to replace, exchange, vary or substitute the Redemption Item at its sole discretion without prior notice or liability to any person.
• Maybank reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each redemption of the Redemption Item must be in accordance with the terms set out in the redemption letter.
• Maybank is not an agent of the Merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the Merchant.
• Maybank will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the Merchant or any defects in products or services offered in the Promotion.
  In the event of any disputes in relation to the Promotion, Maybank’s decision shall be final.
