- Promotion is valid every week, from Monday to Sunday, from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, 2359 hrs.
- Promotion is valid for Singapore-issued Maybank Credit or Debit Cardmembers only.
- Customers may only use their Maybank Card on applicable purchases and orders made on the Singapore Lazada mobile application (iOS or Android) to enjoy the Promotion.
- Customers may only collect the campaign payment Vouchers from the Singapore Lazada mobile application (iOS or Android).
- Collected Vouchers will be automatically applied only at the checkout payment page when a Maybank Card is used by the customer, while stocks last.
- Customer is responsible in checking to ensure that the discount is reflected at the checkout page, prior to placing the order. In the event that the discount is not reflected or applied, Lazada, RedMart and Maybank will not retrospectively provide or apply the discount(s).
- Vouchers may be collected from Monday to Sunday during the Promotion Period.
- Vouchers are refreshed for collection every Monday – Sunday at 0900 hrs, 1200 hrs and 1800 hrs from 1 January 2024, 0000 hrs to 31 December 2024, 2359 hrs.
- Vouchers are limited in quantity and are subject to availability.
- Vouchers are limited to one (1) redemption per customer and are applicable for single use only.
- Customer must meet the minimum spend criteria of the Voucher: SGD5 off with a minimum spend of SGD100
- Vouchers may be used together with other free shipping, sellers' and Lazada campaign collectible vouchers, but may not be used together with any other bank or payment vouchers.
- Vouchers are not applicable for the following categories/products:
- digital goods;
- jewellery / gold; and
- toddler formula (0-12 months).Vouchers are not applicable for Lazada orders and purchases.
- Vouchers are not applicable for delivery or shipping charges, or over-the-phone purchases.
- All other Lazada and RedMart terms and conditions shall apply.
- Maybank’s and Lazada’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Maybank and Lazada. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- Maybank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion or any product/service relating to the Promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Promotion, or any product/service relating to the Promotion, by any person. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Lazada.
- Maybank and Lazada reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or amend any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion.
