Taobao Sundays

• Promotion is valid every Sunday at 12am, till 31 December 2025.
• Limited redemptions to be utilised during the Promotion Period and on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to availability
• S$10 off minimum spend of S$120 in a single transaction
• Promotion is applicable across all platforms to the Taobao Platforms (Taobao Mobile Application (iOS and Android App), Taobao Lite Mobile)
• Capped at 1 redemption per Taobao User per Sunday
• Only a maximum of 15 orders can be consolidated
• Orders must be placed with a Singapore-issued Maybank Credit or Debit Card
• Discount will applied automatically upon checkout.

• Maybank and Taobao, its related corporations, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, liability, expense and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever incurred or sustained by the Cardmember and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with this Promotion and/or any use or enjoyment of the item(s)/service(s) redeemed
  Neither Maybank nor Taobao are suppliers of good(s) and makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness of purpose of the good(s) offered for sale or sold by third party vendors on Taobao. Neither Maybank nor Taobao shall be liable for any loss, injury, liability, expense or damage whenever or howsoever incurred or sustained by the Cardmember by reason of, arising from or in connection with the use or consumption of any services, products or facilities at the Merchant or for any other reason.
• Maybank is not an agent of any Merchant or retailer. Any dispute relating to goods offered for sale or sold by third party vendors on Taobao (including but not limited to non-delivery, wrong delivery, delays, quality or misrepresentation) should be directed to the particular vendor providing the goods, and neither Maybank nor Taobao shall have liability with regard to such dispute.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
