  Neither Maybank nor Taobao are suppliers of good(s) and makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness of purpose of the good(s) offered for sale or sold by third party vendors on Taobao. Neither Maybank nor Taobao shall be liable for any loss, injury, liability, expense or damage whenever or howsoever incurred or sustained by the Cardmember by reason of, arising from or in connection with the use or consumption of any services, products or facilities at the Merchant or for any other reason.
• Maybank is not an agent of any Merchant or retailer. Any dispute relating to goods offered for sale or sold by third party vendors on Taobao (including but not limited to non-delivery, wrong delivery, delays, quality or misrepresentation) should be directed to the particular vendor providing the goods, and neither Maybank nor Taobao shall have liability with regard to such dispute.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
