The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a single receipt at any participating tenants in The Gardens Mall with a Maybank Mastercard® or Visa Credit Card. Acceptance of Visa and/or Mastercard Credit Card is subject to individual tenants and merchants in The Gardens Mall. Terms & conditions of the selected cards are applied.
Promotion is not valid for transaction(s) made at Isetan, Jaya Grocer, Beauty & Co, CARs, Melangé Korea, telecommunication companies (bill payments), mini kiosks, money changers, reloads, e-pay, online purchase, deposit payments/partial payments, payment with vouchers (including cash vouchers), payment with store credit, manual receipts, tenants/licensees of Mid Valley Megamall, hotels and offices in Mid Valley City.
Redemption(s) of reward item(s) is to be made at the designated redemption counter located at North Lobby, Ground Floor, from 10.00am till 10.00pm daily.
Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issued between 12 March 2025 and 6 April 2025 on a first come, first served basis, while daily stocks last.
A valid Maybank Credit Card, the MVClub membership QR code, The Gardens Club Membership ID (if applicable), the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of reward item(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
Each cardmember is limited to one (1) redemption per day, while stocks last.
Redemption of reward item – one (1) unit of Bamboo Tray with a set of Trivets is limited to 120 units daily, while stocks last.
Redemption(s) must be made on the same day of the qualifying purchase transaction date, failing which the Cardmember’s rights to redeem the reward item(s) will be forfeited.
Tenants and licensees of The Gardens Mall and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the reward item(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, The Gardens Mall reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
Reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
