Terms and Conditions for the Maybank Q3 2026 Promotion

• This Promotion is valid from 13 July 2026, 0000 hrs, to 30 September 2026, 2359 hrs.
• The Promotion entitles sign-ups to enjoy a rebate if the promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) are used.
• This Promotion is valid for the first 40 successful new sign-ups per Promo Code, during the promotion period, one redemption per sign up.
• Sign up for any 12-month PacificLight home plans online using the Promo Code “MBBON12” to enjoy a S$10 (inclusive of GST) rebate off your third month’s bill.
• Sign up for any 24-month PacificLight home plans online using the Promo Code “MBBON140” to enjoy a S$140 (inclusive of GST) rebate off your third month’s bill.
• Sign up for any 36-month PacificLight home plans online using the Promo Code "MBBON200" to enjoy a S$200 (inclusive of GST) rebate off your third month's bill.
• To be eligible for the promotion, you would need to fulfil all the criteria as stated below:
  
  • You must be a new PacificLight customer; 
  • You must provide us with accurate details of yourself in the course of the sign-up;
  • You must use the correct Promo Code for the appropriate plan;
  • Your electricity account of your residential premises must be successfully transferred to PacificLight;
  • You must have a monthly usage of not less than 60 kWh prior to disbursement of rebate;
  • You must successfully set up recurring payment arrangement by 30 September 2026 and make first recurring payment with a Maybank Credit Card by 31 October 2026; and
  • You must make full and prompt payment for all your monthly bills before disbursement of rebate.
• Cancellation or switching out of the Maybank Credit Card during the contract period will render the customer ineligible for the Promotion.
• Any rebate in this Promotion shall be credited into your electricity bill, which will offset PacificLight electricity charges payable by you. This Promotion is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight. This Promotion is non-transferable and non-assignable.
• This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotional codes, discounts or vouchers, unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
• PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Promotion, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance to any changes to this Promotion.
• PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your entitlement for any rebate if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach. PacificLight reserves the right to forfeit or recover any value or rebate of the Promotion (whether already offset against your electricity charges or otherwise) in the event of any breach of this Promotion, breach of the electricity retail contract or early termination before Supply End Date stated in the contract.
• PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Promotion shall be final and binding.
• PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Promotion.
• PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
• This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Promotion, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

• Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided by the respective party.
• Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the Promotion.
• Maybank and Merchant reserves the right at each of its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the promotion.

Terms and Conditions for the Maybank Recurring Bill Payment Q3 2026 Promotion

• This Promotion is valid from 14 August 2026, 1000 hrs, to 30 September 2026, 2359 hrs.
• The Rebate is available to first sixty (60) Eligible Cardmembers.
• Renew your PacificLight Energy Home Plan with any 24-month, 36-month or 60-month plan, and set up recurring bill payment with a Maycard Card to receive a one-time rebate of S$20 (Existing Customer Rebate, the “Rebate”).
• To be eligible for promotion, you would need to fulfil all the criteria as stated below:
  • You must be an existing PacificLight customer and an eligible Maybank Cardmember; and
  • You must have an existing 24 or 36 month PacificLight home plan which has a minimum of six (6) remaining months from the Supply End Date; and
  • You must successfully set up recurring payment arrangement using an eligible Maybank Card and register for the rebate by 30 September 2026; and
  • You must make monthly recurring payment using an eligible Maybank Card throughout the contract period.
• The Rebate will be credited to the third PacificLight Energy electricity bill from the time the Cardmember sets up the recurring payment to their Maybank Card and registers to redeem the rebate.
• Cancellation of Residential Electricity Contract before disbursement of the rebate and/or recurring bill payment during contract period will render you ineligible for this Promotion.
